Prior to establishing Velocite Systems, Dr. Cook held several senior management positions for the IBM Corporation and was the President of Phillips Corporation's Technology Integration Division. With over 30 years of technical, marketing, managerial, and executive leadership experience he has guided the success of numerous technology business ventures. He received a doctorate in Business Administration in June 1999.

scromwell@velocitesystems.comMr. Cromwell has a solid background in banking procedures, cash management, investment planning and financial accounting. At Velocite Systems, he is responsible for the oversight of both the finance and treasury functions. Prior to joining Velocite Systems, Mr. Cromwell was an Assistant Treasurer for an investment firm where he was responsible for the oversight of various treasury and accounting functions.
Mr. Cromwell holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and is currently working towards his CPA and CMA certifications. Mr. Cromwell is active in the Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Financial Professionals.
