We understand that accuracy and reliability are essential in today's marketplace. With our experienced staff and outsourcing capability, we can provide performance, reliability and quality products for our customers, no matter what they desire. Our representatives always communicate with the customers and make sure that they will receive the best solution on time.

What types of payment terms can you offer?
Our tradition has been to extend net 30 day terms to those firms which have an established account with us and have good credit standing. Also, depending upon your credit history a deposit at time of order may be necessary. We also offer leasing and programs which allow our customers to preserve their cash. Custom financing program can also be established. We accept credit card payments, C.O.D, and cash.

Yes, we can easily perform this type of brand identification.

Do you have minimum order quantities?
No, we will develop a single server solution or work with you to provide quantities in the thousands. Of course, if Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) tasks are involved then you will be asked to cover this expense for smaller quantities.

What order discounts do you provide?
We have two standard discount options.

Quantity discounts vary depending upon the solution being developed and the number of units involved.

Early payment discounts of 2% against the net 30 terms can be available after good credit is established. If you have a particular discount plan in mind, it should be presented to us for consideration.

Can you provide engineering models or evaluation units?
We have provided our established customers with such equipment for consideration on new projects in which we are involved. For new customers, we can provide evaluation units with a purchase order and full payment at time of order. Should the unit be returned within 20 days, the escrowed funds would be returned less a 25% restocking fee. Units returned between 20 and 45 days result in a 75% charge against the escrowed funds. No units are accepted for credit after 45 days.
